FLOW YOGA & RESTORATIVE YOGA
The first half of class is a well-rounded vinyasa flow yoga class (movement guided my breath) designed to reinvigorate, strengthen and stretch your body. The second half is a calming, stress relieving restorative yoga session to balance out the nervous system and relax the muscles. Session includes guided breathing, stretching, strengthening and relaxation.

A calming, stress relieving guided mediation & breath work (perfect for beginners) utilizing therapeutic grade essential oils followed by restorative yoga to balance out the nervous system and relax the mind and body. Session includes guided breathing, stretching, and relaxation.
MEDITATION & BREATHWORK
An intro to guided meditation and breath work. Learn what happens in your nervous system when stress occurs and how to manage and balance stress. Learn how to incorporate meditation in your every day life. Session begins with intro followed by stretching to release tension and prepare the body and mind for a grounding, guided meditation.
BUILD FOCUS & STRETCH:
YOGA AT YOUR DESK
Learn mind, body and breath awareness tools for stress intervention right at your desk. Session incorporates movement, stretching, and breath work techniques that can be used right at your desk to help de-stress, recharge, and build focus.
RELAX & RENEW:
A calming, stress relieving restorative yoga session to balance out the nervous system and relax the mind and body. Session includes guided breathing, stretching, and relaxation. Optional aromatherapy.
