Yoga On the Farm: Single Session


10:00 a.m. We will begin with a nature walk through the woods and to a creek (dress accordingly!)

10:30 a.m. Guided Meditation in the barn. 

10:45 a.m. Flow yoga (beginner friendly) in the barn. 

11:45 a.m. Tea and treats


April 22 - We will celebrate Earth Day and send extra love to our Mother Earth through our guided meditation.

April 29 - In addition to the class, we will offer an optional, Women's Day Retreat following the scheduled yoga program as a kickoff to our Women's Group (stay tuned for more details.)

Rain Dates - Sundays (except Easter Sunday, we'll make that up the first Saturday of May).
