Learn How To Fly is a playful, two-part arm balance and inversion workshop series covering fundamentals, core building and awareness, fun transitions between arm balances, tips/tricks/assists, and more.
PART 1: Learn the foundations and fundamentals to learn how to take flight on your hands and your head. You will warm up the body, build core awareness, and dissect foundational arm balances such as crow, firefly, side crow, koundinyasana, and inversions such headstand, tripod headstand, and handstand.
